FREEMAN'S FREEDOM
One of the great actors of our time, not to mention one of the finest narrators cinema has ever known, is Morgan Freeman (he's come a long way from his Electric Company days). He may also be the most profound equal rights speaker of the modern era. In this 60 Minutes interview, Morgan says that none of us are this and that because at the end of the day we're all just human beings, and we should treat each other as such. By spotlighting one group over another, you generate animosity amongst the others who feel left out.
We should all think of ourselves as generous participants of the same friendly race - the human race.
